The Meet Market Ikon Pass Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. The Meet Market, Inc., 19 Peters St, Cambridge, MA 02139 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Massachusetts and New York who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
3. Entry period. The giveaway begins October 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET and ends October 15, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET (“Entry Period”).
4. How to enter. During the Entry Period, follow @meetmarketevents on Instagram, complete the application at www.the-meet-market.com/ikon, and opt in to receive Sponsor's event invites and updates by email. Limit one entry per person. Entries are not conditioned on purchasing an event ticket, attending any event, or being accepted to any Sponsor event. Incomplete or duplicate entries are void.
5. Prize. One (1) adult 2026/27 Ikon Base Pass. Approximate retail value: $1,120. The pass will be purchased by Sponsor in the winner's legal name, is non-transferable, and is subject to Ikon Pass terms and conditions. No cash substitution or transfer of prize by winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a cash equivalent, if the pass cannot be purchased.
6. Winner selection. One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 15, 2026 at Sponsor's event. Winner need not be present to win. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification. The winner will be notified by Instagram DM, email, and/or phone within 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within 72 hours and provide the information needed to purchase the pass (legal name, date of birth, and any other information Ikon requires). If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all taxes. Prizes valued at $600 or more will be reported on IRS Form 1099, and the winner must provide a completed W-9 before the prize is awarded.
9. Release. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, and release Sponsor and Instagram/Meta from any liability related to the giveaway or prize. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees to Sponsor's use of their name and Instagram handle to announce the winner, without further compensation.
10. Not affiliated. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram/Meta, Ikon Pass, or Alterra Mountain Company. Ikon Pass is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe the prize.
11. Privacy. Information collected will be used to administer the giveaway and to send Sponsor's event invites and updates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing after entering does not affect an entry. See our Privacy Policy.
12. General. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect its administration. Governed by the laws of Delaware.
13. Winner's name. For the winner's name, send a request to annie@the-meet-market.com by November 15, 2026.
